Does it sound like a robot
It talks the way people here talk on the phone and waits for the customer to finish before it replies. You can pick a voice, or record your own voice for it to use. The surest way to judge is to hear a call yourself.
Do I need a new number
No. Put your SIM card in the small box and customers see your own number.
What if a customer asks something I didn’t teach it
It answers from the material you give it. If something isn’t covered, it says it doesn’t have that information on hand. You can also teach it to say “I’ll have a colleague get back to you”. The clearer you write the common questions, the better it answers.
Will it keep calling people who don’t pick up
It tries again after a while, and you decide how many times. Dead numbers and people who say no are not called again.
